We have had a busy summer of weddings, parties and concerts, which is why we haven’t updated the blog in a little while. Here are some of our highlights.

Our string duo performed at Anthea and Thomas’ intimate wedding in Northbridge. Old Tower House is exactly what it says it is; it even has a turret! The interior and floorboards are stunning and we loved the acoustics!

The duo also performed at Jing and Jeffrey’s pre-reception drinks a few days later, at DoubleTree Hilton Waterfront, where we had a beautiful view of the Swan River just before sunset. After performing our set, we tried (and failed) to take cool photos in the photo booth.

The following weekend, our flute trio performed at Par Za and Patrick’s ceremony on the rooftop at The Rendezvous in Scarborough. It was very windy but the view over the water was spectacular - as were Par Za and her bridesmaids’ dresses!

We moved from surf to turf for Jasmine and Dylan’s bush wedding at Darlington Estate. This wedding was extra special because Jasmine and Dylan are our friends! As music lovers, they put a lot of thought into their music selections and asked us to perform some new arrangements of songs that are special to them. Josh presented a heartfelt and funny ceremony as always, Christine captured the ceremony and evening celebrations beautifully and Lynda’s florals were gorgeous!
