String Quartet- Wedding, Marly and Mark
"Dear Jennifer, please thank your musicians very much. They were very professional and the song with Rob went really well" - Alison and Bruce (Mother and Father of the Bride)
Our string quartet provided beautiful music for a church wedding on a sunny Perth afternoon.
Our musicians for the day were Runa, Jasmine, Cristina and David.
The space was a little tight but we made it work!
Marly, the bride, played in her school orchestra and requested a number of classical string pieces. These included the Mozart Eine Kleine Natchmusik Suite and pieces composed by Vivaldi and J.S Bach. We also included some popular classics and more contemporary songs as requested by the bride's father.
The ceremony also included a song to be sung with vocalist Rob Humphreys. The string quartet had a short, on-the-day rehearsal with Rob prior to the ceremony and provided accompaniment for the performance. The song was very moving and brought many of the guests to tears.
It was a joyous occasion. The husband-to-be was given two words of advice from the Pastor: "Yes, dear".
Congratulations to the happy couple!
