String Trio - Wedding Ceremony - Joanne and Peter

"Thank you for being part of our magical day planning our music was easy and stress free with your help Jennifer. All of our guests commented on how amazing you sounded!" - Joanne (bride) via Facebook

A string trio is a great alternative to a string quartet, providing a similar level of intricate harmonies and rich tones. Jo and Pete chose to have our string trio play a selection of classic hits and modern pop songs for their wedding ceremony.

The couple held their nuptials at the Linton and Kay Gallery in the CBD. This was a stunning indoor venue with plenty of natural light. Decor in the room was kept to a minimum, allowing the artwork to truly shine.

Jo walked down the aisle to the classic 'Wonderful Tonight' by Eric Clapton. This is a gentle song which translates very well for strings. Their ceremony was kept simple and a short while later they signed the register to 'Love Me Like You Do' by Ellie Goulding. They then exited as husband and wife to 'Happy' by Pharrell Williams which suited the occasion perfectly.

We continued to play music as guests greeted the newlyweds and enjoyed light refreshments.
